Step inside and experience a seamless blend of iconic eras and destinations, inspired by Mad Men, Yves Saint Laurent, Ibiza, and Malibu. The design ethos integrates discreet elements with standout features, evoking the sensual vibe of the 60s and 70s.

Natural, earthy tones and materials form the foundation, creating a harmonious blend of warmth and sophistication. From smooth walls and oiled wooden floors to tiled bathrooms, every detail exudes understated luxury. Integrated lighting casts warm and cold hues, enhancing the theatrical ambiance.

The kitchen combines form and function with a stone-topped island, expansive dining table, and efficient pantry, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. Bathrooms feature niches, ample storage, built-in mirrors, and glass showers, blending style with practicality.

Each space tells a unique story, from the Mad Men-inspired office to the samurai-inspired spa. The basement offers functional style, while the sculptural staircase stands out in wood tones or deep red. Every element, from the entrance hall to cozy bedrooms and versatile gym, is meticulously curated for timeless allure and sophistication.

EXTERIOR

Embracing the early 60s architectural essence of Louisiana in Denmark, Hagaholmshuset S. 54 retains its clean lines with enhancements. New windows, an upper floor, and a rooftop terrace bring harmony and light. The facade, inspired by Parisian elegance and West Coast vibes, features zinc-colored metal accents and a green-umbra color scheme. The entrance, possibly adorned in deep burgundy, exudes mystery and sophistication.

The outdoor space unfolds in three parts: sea-facing terraces, a cozy kitchen garden, and sprawling lawns, offering relaxation and allure. The entrance landscape, echoing a Japanese garden, features stone pathways, deep red foliage, and organic shapes, inviting a journey of discovery.
We are thrilled to collaborate with Anders Holmberg Arkitekter for this project, bringing their visionary expertise to life.

On January 31, 2024, we hosted a brilliant event showcasing the creations of Giorgia Lualdi at COYA Mayfair London—an opportunity to immerse oneself in the unique world of an artist whose passion and talent have evolved into a captivating artistic narrative. The works will be showcased at Coya Mayfair until the end May 2024.

Our latest venture is a full refurbishment of a gorgeous apartment in the heart of South Kensington. It was an absolute pleasure to transform the property and we're excited to show you the results, start to finish.

The villa comprises 8 well-appointed suites, each with a private bathroom and adjustable beds for a customized sleeping experience. The dining room, seating 18, is complemented by a state-of-the-art kitchen.

In our Luxembourg project, our bachelor client wanted a sleek & edgy style for his living room.
With art from our artist Luca Brandi, combined with the zebra chairs, jet black sofa & brass accents, we created harmony and a simple wow factor.

Art Concepts London were appointed to carry out refurbishment works, full furnishing and styling of a large office in Milbank Tower, SW1P.

The Leumi Bank office in Angel court, was a beautiful blue and mahogany brown office which we fully remodelled with art and accessories. Each item sourced in the project was completely unique and the project was completed with success.

A unique piece of our artist Antonio Mora was bought at one of our exhibitions in Sweden.
